Welcome to The Tender Wobble Guide
Hello, and welcome.
The Tender Wobble Guide is a gentle corner of the internet for people who are tired, overwhelmed, a bit wobbly, or quietly wondering why everything seems to require quite so much admin, energy, and emotional resilience before lunch.
This is not a space about having it all together.
It is not about becoming your best, busiest, most efficient self. It is not here to hand you a five-step plan for fixing your life by Tuesday. There are plenty of other places for that already. This is not one of them.
The Tender Wobble Guide is here for softer things.
For wobbly days. For small wins. For self-compassion. For gentle encouragement when life feels heavy, messy, or just a bit too much. It is for the days when you are trying your best, even if your best currently looks like replying to one email, drinking some water, and resisting the urge to throw your phone into the sea.
It is also, quietly but very definitely, anti-hustle.
Not in a dramatic ‘never do anything again’ kind of way, but in the sense of gently pushing back against the idea that your worth lives in your output, or that rest must be earned, or that progress should always look neat and inspiring.
Because progress is very rarely linear.
It loops. It pauses. It stutters. It doubles back. Sometimes it looks less like a graceful upward climb and more like doing your best with one sock on and a cup of tea going cold beside you.
And still, it counts.
The Tender Wobble Guide grew from the idea that support does not need to be pushy to be helpful. Sometimes what we need most is not more pressure, but something kinder. Something steadier. Something that reminds us we are still doing enough, even when life does not feel especially graceful.
Especially then, really.
Here you will find gentle blog posts, affirmations, printable guides, and thoughtful little resources designed to offer calm, comfort, and encouragement. Some will be reflective. Some practical. Some will simply be the written equivalent of someone putting the kettle on and telling you to sit down for a minute.
Because you do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to justify being tired.
You do not have to become a better machine to be worthy of care.
You are allowed to be a whole person here — one with limits, feelings, unfinished lists, and the occasional slightly feral response to modern life.
If that sounds like your kind of thing, you are very welcome here.
I hope The Tender Wobble Guide becomes a soft place to land on the hard days, a comforting nudge on the ordinary ones, and a reminder that small things still count.
And if you are arriving here already a bit frazzled, behind on everything, and not at your sparkling best, that is more than fine.
That is, in many ways, exactly what this space was made for.
A gentle note: The Tender Wobble Guide offers encouragement and reflection only. Nothing here is intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional support. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or helpline. You don't have to wobble alone.
